Just A Little Something We Can Add To Our Closet

When my eyes landed on these two items on Topshop’s website, I was blown away. One, I’m always styling my bold prints with black and white pieces to make them stand out. Two, a matching jacket and pant set is what we all need in our lives, no ifs, ands, or buts (especially if you’re into bold, Solange-style pieces).

If you love conversation starter garments, and is okay with all eyes being on you when you walk into a room. This just might be the set you were looking for but didn’t know you needed.

Styling Suggestions

This set can be styled together or separately, whatever suits your personal style. I suggest wearing the  suit together one day, and then separately after that, and then however the heck you want. But just remember, make sure to rock the hell out of it.

Today, I have put together two looks that are bold and somewhat simple to get your creative juices flowing.

Pick A Color!

For this look, choose a color you love or want to try and make that the focal point of your ensemble.  I went with this bright pink for a fun and summery feel, and paired it with simple and bold accessories. While the necklace and watch is rather on the basic side, these cool and flirty earrings continues to make a bold statement. If you’re not a fan of heels, a pair of oxfords or sneakers will suffice.

PICK A HUE- HOW TO STYLE A STRIPE SUIT

Go Graphic!

I love graphic tees, so it’s a no brainer that pairing a graphic with these stripe trousers makes a statement on its own. This look is a little more edgier than the previous one. A gold chunky necklace, a badass pair of boots, and a purse that’s like no other— you’re asking for attention. Don’t forget your acid wash or distressed denim jacket!
