I Scream, You Scream- The Mastermind behind Rita Ora’s Ice Cream Printed Dress

British Singer Rita Ora was spotted in a Happy Ashley Ice Cream Printed Dress by designer Ashley Williams, and ever since then this dress has been the buzz of the blogs. At first I thought Rita’s dress was designed by Jeremy Scott, because we all know he is the mastermind behind fun and quirky prints, so I was a little shocked when a graduate student put this on the runway.
